This Privacy Policy applies only to the fortune services provided by the Company.


1. Purposes of Processing Personal Information
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes.

① Providing fortune services, saving free Tarot usage history, providing paid fortune replay, and confirming purchase history
② Customer support and service operation, including error inquiries
③ Collecting and managing satisfaction surveys and reviews to improve service quality, including SMS sending where applicable
④ Analyzing service usage statistics and improving the service, including web log analysis
⑤ Compliance with applicable laws and handling disputes

2. Processing and Retention Period
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the processing purpose has been achieved, unless retention is required by applicable laws.

(1) Original Saju input values, including date and time of birth
- Retention period: retained for 90 days after content provision, including replay and customer support periods, and then destroyed

(2) Free Tarot usage history
- Retention period: retained for 90 days from collection and then destroyed
If the user requests deletion, the Company will destroy it without delay.

(3) Fortune result report text
- Retention period: retained for 5 years from the purchase date within the scope necessary for replay and purchase history confirmation, and then destroyed
If the user requests deletion, the Company will destroy it without delay.

(4) Satisfaction survey/review responses
- Retention period: retained for 1 year from collection and then destroyed
If the user requests deletion, the Company will destroy it without delay.

(5) Records retained under applicable transaction laws
① Records on display and advertising: 6 months
② Records on contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years
③ Records on payment settlement and supply of goods or services: 5 years
④ Records on consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years

3. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide personal information to other persons, companies, or institutions without user consent or a legal basis.

The Company currently has no affiliate that receives fortune or Saju data. If third-party provision becomes necessary in the future, the Company will give prior notice of the recipient, purpose, items provided, and retention/use period, and will obtain separate consent.

4. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing
The Company entrusts personal information processing as follows to provide the service smoothly.

Through outsourcing agreements and similar documents, the Company specifies matters required under Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, including prohibiting processing for purposes other than the entrusted work, technical and managerial safeguards, restrictions on re-entrustment, compensation for damages in the event of incidents, the entrustment period, confidentiality, and prohibition on third-party provision. The Company also supervises whether the entrusted party processes personal information safely.

The Company sends SMS requests for satisfaction surveys/reviews through its own system and does not entrust this task to a separate SMS sending provider.

5. Overseas Transfer of Personal Information
The Company may use external services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity to analyze usage statistics and improve the service. In this process, cookies and usage records may be transferred overseas, including processing and storage.

Transferred items: cookie identifiers, IP address, access date and time, usage records, device information, referrer, etc.
Purpose of transfer: usage statistics analysis and service improvement
Countries of transfer: United States and other countries where service provider servers are located

6. Rights and Duties of the Information Subject and How to Exercise Them
Users may exercise the following privacy rights at any time by written document, telephone, email, or other means, and the Company will respond without delay.

1) Request access to personal information
2) Request correction of errors
3) Request deletion
4) Request suspension of processing


If a user requests correction or deletion due to an error in personal information, the Company will not use or provide the relevant information until the correction or deletion has been completed.

These rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or authorized agent. In such cases, a power of attorney in the form prescribed by the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.

Users may also request refusal of SMS messages for satisfaction surveys/reviews, and the Company will process such requests without delay.

7. Destruction Procedure and Method
The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. The destruction procedure and method are as follows.

1) Destruction procedure
① Information entered for service use is destroyed once the purpose has been achieved or the retention period has expired. Free Tarot usage history is retained for 90 days from collection and then destroyed, and paid service information is destroyed after the retention period under internal policy and applicable laws expires.
② Such personal information is not used for any purpose other than retention, unless required by law.

2) Destruction method
① Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.
② Personal information stored electronically is deleted using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable.

8. Measures to Ensure Security
The Company takes the following measures to protect personal information.

1) Access control and minimization of handlers
2) Storage of access records and prevention of forgery or alteration
3) Installation and inspection of security programs and protection of transmission sections, including SSL
4) Encryption of important information
